Vegan Stuffing

Ingredients


320 Grams Canned tuna steaks
4 Slices Whole Wheat seeded bread
50 Grams Sweetcorn kernels
2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
1 Handful Radish microgreen
1 Pinch Ground black pepper
1 Pinch Salt

Instructions


  1.  In a mixing bowl, add the tuna and blend it with the sweetcorn.
  2.  Add the mayonnaise and season with freshly cracked pepper and salt to taste.
  3.  Cut the pink radish into thin slices and distribute the filling between two slices of bread.
  4.  Layer the radish over the tuna mixture and add the remaining bread slices on top.
