Vegan Stuffing

Ingredients


2 Cups Grated cheddar
1 Cup Grated parmesan
1 Handful Party mix microgreen mix (verity mix)
1/2 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika

Instructions


  1.  Mix the cheeses with the paprika until well blended.
  2.  Scoop ¼-cup amounts onto waffle iron plates and cook for 5 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
  3.  Take the crisps out of the oven and drape them over the back of a wooden spoon for 10 seconds; they will firm up as they curl.
  4.  Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
  5.  Serve with microgreens.
