Vegan Stuffing

Ingredients


2 Small Puff pastry sheets, Cut into 12 pieces
1 Large Egg, Beaten
5 Ounces Crumbled goat's cheese
10 Large Thinly sliced radishes
1 Handfull Mustard microgreens
1 Teaspoon Sea salt

Instructions


  1.  Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2.  Place pastry on baking sheets and make a little lip on the shorter side by folding over the two ends.
  3.  Use an egg wash to brush the pastry. Using a fork, prick each pastry several times.
  4.  Bake pastries for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown and fluffy.
  5.  Spread goat cheese on the croissants and garnish with cut radishes.
  6.  Bake for 8 to 10 minutes more, or until the pastry is golden brown and the radishes are translucent.
  7.  Top each pastry with microgreens and a pinch of salt and serve right away.
