Vegan Stuffing

Ingredients


9 Large Eggs
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoon Soft Tofu
1 Pinch Salt
2 Tablespoon Chopped Radish Microgreens
3 Teaspoon Prepared mustard
2 Fresh Sliced Radish

Instructions


  1. Hard boil the eggs for 10 minutes, or until they are just done.
  2. Peel the eggs and carefully cut them in half.
  3. Remove the yellow centers and place them in a bowl.
  4. Mix in the remaining ingredients, except the chopped radishes.
  5. Return the contents to the eggs and garnish with a piece of fresh radish and a few radish microgreen sprigs.
