Vegan Stuffing

Ingredients


8 Ounces Soft goat cheese
6 Ounces Prosciutto - cut into strips
2 Ounce Radish Microgreens
1/4 Cup Freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 Large Pears - sliced

Instructions


  1.  Drizzle lemon juice over each pear slice.
  2.  On one half of the pear slice, spread ¼ teaspoon of soft goat cheese, then alternate the ingredients with the other half.
  3.  Spread another ¼ teaspoon of soft goat cheese on top of the top pear slice, followed by a folded strip of prosciutto and a dab of soft goat cheese, then the radish microgreens.
  4.  Assemble the remaining pear slices and serve with more radish microgreens on top.
