Ingredients


2 Tablespoons Butter
2 Slices Brioche Bread
4 Slices Ham
6 Slices Brie cheese
6 Slices Apple
1 Handful Spicy mix microgreens
1 Tablespoon Whole-grain mustard

Instructions


  1.  Heat skillet to moderate heat, add butter, let melt, and swirl to coat.
  2.  Add slices of bread to the skillet, and place brie and ham on top of each slice.
  3.  Cook until the cheese begins to melt and the bread is golden
  4.  Top one side of bread with apple slices, mustard, and spicy mix microgreens.
  5.  Flip the un-topped slice onto the other.
  6.  Transfer to a plate and cut in half.
