Ingredients


3 Slices Your favorite bread
1 Handful Asparagus, trimmed
1 Medium Avocado, sliced
3 Tablespoons Olive oil
1 Pinch Salt
1 Pinch Pepper
1 Medium Lemon
1 Handful Pea Shoot Microgreens

Instructions


  1.  Fire up your grill.
  2.  Toss the asparagus in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3.  Bush the slices with any remaining olive oil.
  4.  Grill your asparagus for 4 minutes, turning regularly.
  5.  Grill the bread slices until lightly charred.
  6.  Layer sliced avocado, grilled asparagus, pea shoots, and a dusting of hemp seed on top of the bread.
  7.  Finish with a drizzle of lemon juice.
