3 Tablespoons Breakfast Quiche with Onion Microgreens
8 Large Eggs
1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
2 Cups Broccoli Chopped Small
2 Cups Leek Microgreens
2 Cups Ham
1 Teaspoons Coconut Oil

Instructions


  1. Bake the pie dish for 5 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Lightly steam broccoli for a couple of minutes. Fry ham in coconut oil.
  3. Add broccoli, and ham to the lightly baked pie crust.
  4. Then whisk eggs, leek microgreens, and water and add over veggies.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
