1/2 Cup Cabbage Microgreens
1 Large Frozen Banana
1 Cup Frozen Red Berries
4 Tablespoons Acai Powder
3/4 Cup Almond or Coconut Milk
1/2 Cup Plain Greek yogurt
1/4 Teaspoons Almond Extract
(Garnish) Toasted Coconut Flakes
(Garnish) Fresh fruit such as peach slices, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, or cherries.
(Garnish) Granola or toasted nuts/seeds
(Garnish) Drizzle of honey

Instructions


  1. Blend the milk and yogurt in a large, high-speed blender. Add the frozen fruit acai, cabbage microgreens, and almond extract. Continue to blend on low until smooth, only adding additional liquid if needed. It should be THICK and creamy, like ice cream!
  2. Divide the smoothie into two bowls and top it with all your favorite toppings.
