Vegan Stuffing

Ingredients


2 Tablespoons Butter
2 Slices Brioche
4 Slices Ham
6 Slices Thinly sliced brie cheese
5 Slices Apple
1 Handful Kohlrabi microgreens
1 Tablespoon Whole-grain mustard

Instructions


  1.  In a skillet, melt the butter and swirl to coat.
  2.  Place brie and ham slices on top of each slice of bread in the skillet.
  3.  Cook until the bread is brown and the cheese has melted.
  4.  Place apple slices, mustard, and microgreens on one side of the bread.
  5.  Switch the un-topped slice to the other side.
  6.  Place on a dish and slice in half.
