Vegan Stuffing

Ingredients


12 Normal size Button Mushrooms, cleaned and stemmed
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
2 Cloves Garlic Cloves, minced
8 Ounces Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Green Onions, chopped finely
1/2 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
3 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped finely
1 Cup Crab Meat
1 Tablespoon Drizzle Olive Oil
1 Handful Mild Mix Microgreens for Garnish

Instructions


  1.  Preheat the oven to 375. Get out a baking pan and lightly add a little olive oil to the pan.
  2.  Place mushrooms on the baking pan.
  3.  Combine in a mixing bowl your crab, cream cheese, bread crumbs, garlic, green onions, Worcestershire, parmesan, and parsley.
  4.  Scoop enough mixture to fit in each mushroom.
  5.  Bake for about 20 minutes.
  6.  Once ready, let cool and serve with fresh microgreens on top.
