Vegan Stuffing

Ingredients


1 Medium Size Half English cucumber, sliced thinly
1 Dollop Wasabi cream sauce
1 Can/Pack Smoked salmon
1/2 Medium Size Half Avocado, sliced thinly
1/4 Cup Wasabi mustard microgreens
1 Pinch Sesame seeds
2 Tablespoons Wasabi paste
1/2 Cup Vegan mayo
1 Tablespoon Wasabi cream sauce (Plus or minus up to you)

Instructions


  1.  Slice your cucumber into thin strips with a peeler or mandolin and stack them neatly next to one another, overlapping each slice a little bit.
  2.  Mix wasabi ingredients.
  3.  Assembly: Add a thin layer of the wasabi sauce to the cucumber.
  4.  Add the avocado slices, smoked salmon, and wasabi microgreens. Sprinkle little sesame seeds on top for extra crunch and flavor.
  5.  Gently roll your sushi into a log.
  6.  Gently slice them into pieces and arrange them on a plate.
  7.  Garnish with extra sesame seeds, wasabi mustard microgreens, and wasabi cream  sauce for a delicious & refreshing roll with a kick!
