Vegan Stuffing

Ingredients


8 Slices Whole-wheat bread slices, crusts removed
1 Avocado Cut in half
1 Teaspoon Fresh lemon juice
50 gram Alfalfa microgreens
1 Can (210g) Red Salmon

Instructions


  1.  Flatten bread slices using a rolling pin.
  2.  In a mixing bowl, combine the avocado and lemon juice.
  3.  Mash with a fork until almost smooth.
  4.  In a bowl, place red salmon.
  5.  Mash it using a fork.
  6.  On top of the toast, spread the avocado mixture.
  7.  Add the salmon on top. Alfalfa microgreens should be placed in the center of the bread.
  8.  To seal, press firmly, seam-side down. Cut in half and serve.
