Ingredients


1 Large Serrano Pepper, Chopped
1/2 Cup Tapioca fFour
1/2 Cup Almond Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Pepper
1 Pinch Salt
1 Pinch Pepper
1 Cup Whole Red Chili Powder Coconut Milk
1/2 Large Red Onion, Diced
1 Root Ginger, finely grated (Desired amount may very according to person)
1/2 Cup Cilantro Microgreens
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions


  1. Combine the flour and spices in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix in the coconut milk until everything is properly combined.
  3. Combine with the onion, ginger, serrano pepper, and cilantro microgreens.
  4. Heat a skillet over moderate heat with a light coating of oil.
  5. Pour in ¼ cup of the mixture, tilting the pan to properly distribute it.
  6. Cook for 4 minutes on both sides.
  7. Serve immediately.
