Vegan Stuffing

Ingredients


2 Slices Bread
1 Teaspoon Ghee
2 Tablespoons Pesto
1 Patty Veggie Burger Patty
2 Large Eggs
4 Strips Bacon
1 Pinch Salt
1 Pinch Pepper
1 Pinch Cayenne Pepper
1 Handful Radish Microgreens

Instructions


  1. Toast your bread.
  2. In the meantime, scramble or fry your eggs and season them to your liking. (salt, pepper and/or Cayenne Pepper)
  3. Spread ghee on each toast half, followed by your pesto
  4. Layer on your cooked veggie burger and prepared eggs.
  5. Garnish with your microgreens and serve.
